Advertising Rates - Effective April 1, 2013
UACPA Advertising Policy: All advertising is subject to approval by the UACPA and may be refused at any time. The UACPA does not accept advertising of educational programs provided by vendors unless the program is sponsored or co-sponsored by the UACPA. We are taking this action to protect the UACPA from liability by avoiding any implication that such educational programs are being sponsored or endorsed by the UACPA or qualify for a degree or CPE credit. It has been our experience that disclaimers are insufficient to avoid the above-referred implication; therefore, we find it necessary to limit such advertising. Vendors have access to other alternatives for advertising to Utah CPAs for the purpose of marketing their programs. The UACPA accepts only classified advertisements for The Journal Entry; graphic representation of any kind is not accepted.
