The Utah Association of CPAs is a 501c(6) non-profit individual membership association for Certified Public Accountants. Our membership is comprised of approximately 3200 CPAs and affiliate members, most of which live in Utah, and serve public accounting, business and management, government, and education. The UACPA is governed by the UACPA Bylaws and an Executive Board which is the foundation for a larger Leadership Council made up of representatives of its members including UACPA Committees and Task Forces. The UACPA has UACPA Chapters of membership throughout the State of Utah. The UACPA Member Service Team supports members in the activities of the Association. The members are involved in a variety of professional advocacy and service roles as well as major UACPA initiatives. These initiatives are based on the UACPA Mission Statement and upon membership interests. The UACPA also has Affiliated Organizations. The Utah CPA PAC (UCPA PAC) carries out state political and lobbying activities on behalf of UACPA members. The Utah CPA Foundation provides financial support for our ProNet Council, Financial Literacy, and accounting educator Initiatives. The UACPA is an excellent source to find the latest news in the world of accounting and business. Visit our Press Room to find out more. We think Utah is a Pretty Great State!
