Cancellation Policy
 


Cancellation or transfer requests made:

  • Cancellations received eight (8) or more days prior to the event will incur no penalty.
  • Cancellations received seven (7) or fewer days prior to the event will be charged a $25 cancellation fee or, without penalty, you may 1) send a substitute OR 2) transfer your registration to another event of your choice within the same calendar year.
  • Cancellations received two (2) business days prior to the course will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Requests for refund or transfer on or following the event date will not be honored.
  • No refunds will be given once the course materials have been emailed.
  • In case of emergency, fee will be waived,

UACPA has the right to cancel a course at any time and refunds will be administered under this circumstance. Please register early! Early registrations will help us avoid last-minute cancellations and will allow us to notify participants earlier if a cancellation is necessary.
