Job Overview:
As a Cost Segregation Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients. You will focus on promoting our cost segregation services and building strong relationships with property owners, real estate investors, developers, and CPA financial professionals. This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented professional eager to make an impact in a growing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential clients in the target market. 2. Develop and execute sales plans to generate new business and expand our client base. 3. Present and communicate the value of cost segregation services to clients through compelling sales presentations and proposals. 4. Collaborate with our internal teams including tax professionals, business development, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of services and exceed client expectations. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and referral sources to encourage repeat business and referrals. 6. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in tax laws related to cost segregation, and sharing relevant insights to clients. 7. Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast revenue performance. 8. Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of Cost Segregation and its benefits is a plus, but not necessary.
- Previous sales experience a plus!

Salary Range: Compensation is set based on experience and is a combination of a base salary plus commission.
